Melissa Kain

Melissa Kain is a Paralegal and Planning Specialist concentrating in Elder Law, Estate Planning and Special Needs Planning. Melissa provides support to the firm’s attorneys in the Medicaid application and document drafting processes. She works with clients to gather pertinent information essential to their specific plan, prepares documents and keeps clients apprised as to the status of their cases.

Melissa has extensive experience in the legal field. She received her Paralegal Associates of Arts Degree from Harrisburg Area Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree from the Pennsylvania State University. She is caring and compassionate and enjoys working with the elderly. She works hard to make the planning process as smooth as possible for clients, and takes pride in client satisfaction. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son.
